Refund policy
First off, thank you for your purchase and supporting our small business. Whether online, at our Pop Up events around Houston, or at our pop up at MaKenzie Layne your support is much appreciated.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to off store credit for returns made within 14 days of the purchase.
Please note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to make your return process smooth and easy. Again, thank you for shopping with us and for supporting our small business.
To start a return, you can login at https://account.chasingrainbowskids.com or contact us at admin@chasingrainbowskids.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You have 14 days from date of delivery to make an exchange. Please email admin@chasingrainbowskids.com to initiate the exchange. Shipping cost will be incurred with exchanges.
